Delete your LittlePetApp account

You may delete your LittlePetApp account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You are signed out immediately, and deletion is completed in full within 7 days.

Deleting your account within the app

If LittlePetApp is currently installed on your device, this is the fastest method:

  1. Open the Profile tab and select the menu (top right) to open Settings.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

You are signed out immediately, and your account and all associated data are deleted in full within 7 days.

Requesting deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, you may request deletion by email. Send a message to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my LittlePetApp account". Please send your request from the email address associated with your account, as this allows us to verify that the request is genuinely yours. You may use the following wording:

Please delete my LittlePetApp account and all associated data. My account email is: [your signup email]

Compose a deletion request

If you no longer have access to that email address, please send your request regardless, and we will verify your identity before proceeding.

We will process your request and confirm by reply once your account and data have been deleted, within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account
  • Your pets' profiles
  • All diary entries — meals, symptoms, medications, weight, and wellbeing
  • Any photos you have uploaded

You are also removed from any shared households. Data belonging to other members of a shared household is retained by them.
